My child walks funny should I get them checked?

If you are concerned by the shape of your child’s foot or the how they walk (such as toe walking or in toeing), we definitely suggest having one of our paediatric podiatry team members have a look.

It is never to early to check and always best to be sure that what you are seeing isn’t going to cause your child issues.

Children’s feet do look different to an adult’s foot, so there is a good chance no significant treatment is required but at least you’ll have reassurance that your child doesn’t have any major future concerns.
